About Me
Hello, I'm Hannah and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based online and in West Sussex. I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a L2 in Counselling Skills and am currently completing a degree in Psychology and Counselling.
I help young people and adults overcome the limiting symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, addiction, phobias and many more issues. I combine the best of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Solution Focused Brief Therapy with trance to provide long-lasting, positive change to my client's lives.
I have a strong equestrian background, which has led me to help many horse riders overcome their limiting beliefs, recover following a fall or enter the ring feeling calm and focused. Some of my work includes working with women in prison, those engaging with The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre, Horsham and many people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck and feeling like their life is lacking direction - I've been there and been through it and I find great joy in helping people to the other side.

What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
This is a type of talking therapy combined with trance and can help to relieve the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression as well as helping you to sleep better, cope better and fully immerse yourself in the positive aspects of your life. It can even eliminate specific worries such as going on a plane, talking to an audience and going for that job interview. Some of the session will be collaborating with your therapist and the remainder will be trance – without a pendulum in sight!
Solution Focused Therapy is a modern practice which encourages you to focus on moving forward and making long lasting, positive changes in your life, rather than focusing on the problem or on past traumas. In session, we teach you how your brain is working and how to retrain it so you can take back control and maintain your progress long-term. My clients begin to see a difference very quickly and they have been helped enormously to achieve their goals and change their lives.
Hypnotherapy uses trance which is a purely natural state that we go into many times a day, watching TV, reading and even driving! Have you ever wondered how you got from A to B? You have most likely been in trance. During trance your subconscious mind will be open to helpful suggestions and your brain can begin to work logistically to find solutions. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and it is not mind control that is portrayed on TV. It is an extremely natural, relaxing and positive way to end a session.

I can help you develop a healthy relationship around food without any gimmicks and will explain how other aspects of your life can facilitate long lasting change for the better.

Phobia sessions include an explanation of why you get this phobic response, a trance session to erase the fear and a reframe session to put pleasant feelings in that gap, so you can catch that flight, free that spider and ride that horse without any feeling of anxiety or worry.

Sometimes you feel like the wind has been knocked out of you, maybe for weeks or even months. When you feel like this you have difficulty enjoying life and lack motivation to improve or even complete everyday tasks. You don’t have to feel like this forever. Your first session is an initial consultation where I will gather all information and give you an explanation of how your brain is working, this will greatly help you in our future sessions and beyond. I want you to take back your control and feel ready for any challenges you may face long after our sessions have ended.

with easy access via public transport and plenty of parking.
